Eragon (book review)

One boy, one dragon, one adventure. The book, Eragon, by Christopher Paloini is a mythical fiction. It is about a boy named Eragon and his dragon Saphira as they battle through trouble. This book would be good for kids, teens, and young adults.
The book, Eragon, is a really good book and I recommend it to kids, teens, and young adults. When reading it, you can really picture a movie in your head of how the book is. One thing I imagined was when Eragon, Saphira, and Murtagh are about to reach the Varden but Urgals attack. You can imagine the action of the battle and how Eragon almost drowned in the waters. Some really strong points of the book is the battles Eragon and Saphira fought in. Another strong point is when Eragon rides Saphira. The Author makes the book sound so exciting.
Christopher Paloini tries to show the main idea of having faith and good vs. evil. This book would be good for any kid, teen, or young adult. The author does a good job at making Eragon an exciting and adventurous book. That is why I recommend it.

Eragon

The book Eragon by Christopher Paolini has 503 pages. It is about a boy named Eragon and he finds a blue egg. It hatches into a blue dragon, names it Saphira, and becomes a rider . Some people called the Ra'zac destroyed his house and his uncle looking for Saphira. Eragon wants to get revenge on Galbatorix and his army, Urgals, and shade. So, he travels with and old Rider named Brom to the Varden to look for help. An important place to the book is the Varden.
An important place to the book is the Varden. There are many reasons the Varden is important to the book. One reason is that it saved Eragon's life. He was about to be killed by the Urgals and the Varden saved him. Also, the Varden helped save an elf named Arya life as well.
Another reason that the Varden is important to the book is that Eragon killed the shade, Durza, there. That is why the Varden is an important place to the book.

Rescue

The story Rescue, by Milton Meltzer, has 168 pages. It is about how many gentiles saved Jewish people in the time of the Holocaust. One story is how Oskar Schindler saved 1,200 Jews out of concentration camps and even Auschwitz (which was hard to get Jewish people out of) . Another story is how Andre Trocme who saved Jews in Le Chambon. This book has sad depressing part but it would be a good book for any reader that wants to learn about the Holocaust.
